The site uses cookies that record only information related to the user’s navigation on www.alcoam.design, for the purpose of optimising its performance, and to perform anonymous statistics. The data collected on the site is in no way cross-checked with other files processed by ALCOAM BY DESIGN (for example, the client file or the file related to client’s training sessions), nor used to geolocate the user’s position. No tracer to monitor the navigation to other sites is placed on the user’s computer. The data collected and stored on the site is erased automatically after 13 months.

Contact forms
Access to certain specific services, such as the submission of spontaneous applications, the request for information or contact, or the subscription to the ALCOAM BY DESIGN newsletter is subject to transfer of certain personal data by the user who wishes to benefit from said services. The legal ground for the processing of personal data collected from contact forms is the legitimate interest of ALCOAM BY DESIGN to manage the relationship with its customers and contacts.
The type of data requested as well as the optional or compulsory nature of transfer is indicated to the user in the collection form. The data collected is exclusively processed within ALCOAM BY DESIGN, and only by authorised personnel.
ALCOAM BY DESIGN hereby undertakes to only use data collected in the strict framework of provision of the service requested and not to disclose or transfer this to any person whomsoever without the prior consent of users.
The data is kept only for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, as well as in compliance with the regulations in force. The retention period of the data is brought to the attention of the user in the contact form.

Any user has the right, e.g. in the event that he/she considers that his/her rights are not respected by ALCOAM BY DESIGN, to address a complaint to the CNIL, online or by post mail.
Disputes
The present terms and conditions of use are governed, interpreted and performed pursuant to French law.
Notwithstanding any amicable agreement between the Parties, Versailles District Court has sole and exclusive competence to rule on any dispute pertaining notably to the validity, interpretation, performance and/or termination and consequences of these presents, including in the event of summary proceedings, calls for joinder to proceedings or multiple defendants.
